Who We Are

Small Batch Ventures LLC ("Small Batch Ventures", "SMG", "we", "us"), operating as Shitty Mom Guide, operates Frankie, a Telegram-based weekend planning assistant for Orange County parents. Our website is shittymomguide.com.

What Information We Collect

When you use Frankie, we collect the following information:

• Your city or general location in Orange County

• Your children's ages

• Your activity interests and preferences

• Your Telegram user ID

• Messages you send to Frankie (stored to maintain conversation context)

• Google Calendar access token, if you choose to connect your calendar (optional)

We do not collect your full name, email address, phone number, or payment information directly through Frankie. Stripe processes payments independently under their own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate personalized weekend plans based on your location, kids' ages, and interests

• Send you a Friday afternoon weekend briefing

• Check your Google Calendar availability when building plans (only if you connect your calendar)

• Improve Frankie's recommendations over time

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., Anthropic API for AI responses, Google Calendar API if connected).

Google Calendar

Connecting your Google Calendar is entirely optional. If you choose to connect:

• Frankie requests read and write access to create calendar events on your behalf

• We only access calendar data to check your availability and add events you explicitly request

• Your calendar token is encrypted at rest

• You can disconnect your calendar at any time by messaging Frankie "disconnect my calendar"

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete all of your data at any time by messaging Frankie "delete my data." This permanently removes your profile, preferences, and conversation history from our systems.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Delete your data at any time

• Opt out of Frankie at any time by stopping use of the bot

Children's Privacy

Frankie is designed for use by parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The information about children's ages that users provide refers to their own children and is used only to personalize activity recommendations.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest for sensitive data such as calendar tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via Frankie.
