Agreement

By using Frankie (@frankiesmg_bot on Telegram), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Frankie.

What Frankie Is

Frankie is an AI-powered weekend planning assistant for Orange County parents, operated by Small Batch Ventures LLC, doing business as Shitty Mom Guide. Frankie provides activity recommendations, event suggestions, and weekend planning assistance based on your preferences and location.

What Frankie Is Not

Frankie is not a substitute for your own judgment. Recommendations are AI-generated and may not always be accurate, available, or appropriate for your specific situation. Always verify event details, hours, and availability directly with venues before visiting.Frankie is not a safety service. Do not use Frankie in emergencies.

Subscription and Payment

• Frankie offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required

• After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current monthly rate

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment information.

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting [email protected]

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Frankie for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to abuse, spam, or overload the service

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI system

• Share your account access with others

Google Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize Frankie to read your calendar and create events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time by messaging Frankie "disconnect my calendar" or through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Content and Recommendations

Frankie's recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any recommended venues, events, or activities. Venue information may be outdated. Always check directly with businesses before visiting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Small Batch Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Frankie or reliance on its recommendations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Frankie at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You can delete your account and data at any time by messaging Frankie "delete my data."

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Frankie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
