So what exactly is Frankie?+

She's a robot, okay. BUT, with a real human (me, Frances!) vetting events, getting you local perks, and always taking your feedback and suggestions (ily). You text her, she texts back plans built around your location, kids, and interests. The goal is to make it easier to do fun things with your kids and get out of the house :) 

How does she know what fits my family?+

You tell her! Your city, your kids' ages, your budget, what you're into -  and every idea is shaped around that. Changed your mind, or the day fell apart? Just text her, she'll rework it on the spot. 

Are these real, current recommendations?+

Yes, real local events and spots! And if she's not sure about something, she'll tell you instead of guessing.

Will she blow up my phone?+

Never. You pick how often she drops a plan — weekends, weekdays, or both! You can always text her for more ideas and other options.

What does it cost, and can I cancel?+

The first month is free, then it's $3/month — an intro price while we're getting started. Cancel anytime by texting STOP; no account to untangle.

How is this different from the free newsletter?+

Shitty Mom Guide shows you what's out there in OC for the weekend. Frankie helps you decide what actually fits your family right now, and she's there anytime you want more ideas (indoor, outdoor, city classes, and more). She also comes with free passport perks and family bucket lists, all tailored to your location, kids, and interests.

Can my partner or the grandparents get the plan too?+

Yep — loop in a co-parent, partner, or grandparent by email so everyone's working off the same plan (and you're not the group text).

What areas does Frankie cover?+

Orange County, CA — from Long Beach to Dana Point! (For now 🤭)

Is my information private?+

It's only ever used to plan your outings — never sold or shared. Texts are opt-in, and STOP ends them anytime.
